International Society for Pharmacoeconomics and Outcomes Research (ISPOR)

The ISPOR India – Andhra Pradesh Chapter was approved in June 14, 2012, established under the leadership of Dr. Y. Padmanabha Reddy (President – ISPOR India AP Chapter) comprising of 296 members. The Chapter focuses on developing a new approach of Pharmacy practice education from a regular curriculum wise teaching to an actual healthcare orientation/health outcome based training to maintain and improve patient’s quality of life and adhere to rationality use of medications. The chapter has organized one international conference and seven national conferences within a span of 4 years which is well appreciated by all professional bodies of Pharmacy profession and ISPOR. The branch adages constant and novel contribution towards the evidence based learning, teaching, practice and research in pharmacy profession with global standards.

1. Virtual Poster Showcase (VPS 2020): Clinical Pharmacy and Pharmacy Practice, organized by ISPOR India Andhra Pradesh Regional Chapter in association with ISPOR India Andhra Pradesh City Chapters and Indian Pharmaceutical Association (IPA) Hospital Pharmacy Division on September 28-30, 2020.
2. 10^th National Conference on Pharmacoeconomics and Outcomes Research (PE & OR) on “Cutting Edge Research in Clinical Pharmacy and Practice” organized by ISPOR India Andhra Pradesh Regional Chapter in association with Raghavendra Institute of Pharmaceutical Education & Research (RIPER) and Hospital Pharmacy Division – Indian Pharmaceutical Association (IPA), at Raghavendra Institute of Pharmaceutical Education & Research (RIPER), Andhra Pradesh on 22^nd and 23^rd November, 2019.
3. 9^th National Conference on Pharmacoeconomics and Outcomes Research (PE & OR) on “Enhancing Patient Health outcomes and Pharmacists Role in Transformed Healthcare System” organized by ISPOR India Andhra Pradesh Regional Chapter in association with Raghavendra Institute of Pharmaceutical Education & Research (RIPER) and Hospital Pharmacy Division – Indian Pharmaceutical Association (IPA), at Raghavendra Institute of Pharmaceutical Education & Research (RIPER), Andhra Pradesh on 20^th and 21^st July 2018.

5. 2^nd International Conference on Pharmacoeconomics and Outcomes Research on Integrating Pharmacists in Healthcare Decision Making – A Resonate Patient Centric Therapy Initiative, organized by ISPOR India Andhra Pradesh Regional Chapter in association with Raghavendra Institute of Pharmaceutical Education & Research (RIPER), at Seven Hills College of Pharmacy, Tirupati, Andhra Pradesh on 21^st and 22^nd April 2017.
6. 8^th National Symposium on Pharmacoeconomics and Outcomes Research on Innovations in Pharmacovigilance for ensuring Drug Safety and ensuring Life, organized by ISPOR India Andhra Pradesh Regional Chapter in association with Raghavendra Institute of Pharmaceutical Education & Research (RIPER), at RDT Hospitals Bathalapalli, Anantapuramu, Andhra Pradesh, on 24^th November 2016.
