Pharmaceutical Quality Assurance is one of the principal disciplines of pharmaceutical sciences which provides necessary theoretical knowledge and practical training to enable the graduates assure quality, stability, safety and efficacy of drug products. It plays a major role in safeguarding health of patients and keeping company afloat on the scale of profits and building the reputation of the company. Quality Assurance Department assures the quality of all the batches manufactured, at every stage of manufacturing\/processing of drug products.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify; color: rgb(0, 0, 0);\">The course curriculum has been designed to familiarise students with good manufacturing practices, ICH guidelines, calibration, validation, documentation and quality audits, with a view to create total quality consciousness. The course offers wide exposure to research fields, such as formulation development including NDDS and analytical method development, which includes validation, impurity profiling, stability indicating assay methods, preparation of documents like standard testing procedures and standard operating procedures. Department of Quality Assurance imparts education to undergraduate and postgraduate students through teaching, research and service activities in analytical development, pharmaceutical quality management, regulatory affairs and validation.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify; color: rgb(0, 0, 0);\">The wide knowledge earned in Quality Assurance will allow the student to fit into the
